IT Support

Cloud Migration

Moving to the cloud sounds simple until you're in the middle of it and realize your line-of-business app only speaks SMBv1, your database is 400 GB, and nobody documented the DNS configuration from three IT providers ago. We've done enough migrations to know where the bodies are buried.

Full migration planning for AWS and Azure. Hybrid setups that keep sensitive workloads on-premises while moving everything else. Office 365 and Google Workspace migrations with mailbox integrity checks. Data migration with hash verification so you know every byte arrived intact. Cutover plans with rollback procedures — because "oops, let me restore from backup" is not a disaster recovery strategy.

Post-migration support that doesn't disappear the moment the project is marked "complete." We stay until your team is comfortable operating in the new environment. If something acts up three weeks later, we're still here.
